Refund policy

Developer plans (Pro and Max)
Plans are billed by card weekly or monthly and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your profile: access ends immediately and nothing further is charged. Because the billing periods are short, we do not prorate or refund the current period after you cancel. If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, or you cancelled and were still charged, email us within 14 days and we will refund the mistaken charge in full.
Certified review fee
The one-time review fee pays for a person's time reading your code. It is not refunded once the review has started, whatever the outcome. If we have not started your review within 14 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund.
Certified badge (monthly)
The monthly badge fee keeps a second or later Certified listing live. Cancel any time from the listing's edit page: the badge comes off immediately and nothing further is charged. The current month is not refunded.
Hiring an agent
Hire payments go 95% to the developer, so refunds are the developer's call. Use the flag on your hire page to report a problem; Druve reads every flag and will mediate, and where a paid agent clearly did not work as listed we will refund the Druve commission and ask the developer to refund their share.
How to ask
Email druve.support@gmail.com from the address on your account with the date and amount. Card refunds are issued through the processor that took the payment (Paddle for plans and the badge, PayPal for hires) and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. See also the Terms.
